Food safety training and certification (FoSTaC) is a large-scale training Program of food safety & standard authority of India initiated with the aim to spread education and raise awareness on the Food Safety & Standard Act, Rules & Regulation among food business operators. FSSAI , state FDA and Food business operators are the main stake holders of the program. training partners, national level resource person (NLRP), trainer cum assessor and trainees are the implementing stakeholders. We are the empaneled training partner with FSSAI, mentoring the FBO’s and conducting training and certification program along with trainers and assessors. Any food business operator can obtain Food safety supervisor certificate after the successful completion of training and assessment.
